2026 Fee Structure (all fees include $50 volunteer levy)

$50 Deposit required on initial registration to secure your spot.

ALL Governing Body Fees to be paid through Squadi and Play Football. Only CLUB COMPONENT to be paid through Majestri. Please note that Football Qld (FQ) have advised there will be NO increase in their fee component but we are still waiting on confirmation whether Football Australia (FA) are increasing or staying the same before we can implements the club component of fees here.

PLAY ON VOUCHERS can ONLY be used for the Club Component of fees. Please email copy of the voucher to operations.redlandcityfc@gmail.com

We will redeem the voucher and apply the credit once we receive the funds back from the Government.

  - Miniroos U8 to U11 = TOTAL = $600 (includes Volunteer Levy) - FQ = $50, FA = $18, Club = $532

 - Under 12 Boys & Girls = TOTAL = $600 (includes Volunteer Levy) - FQ = $66, FA = $18, Club = $516

 - Juniors U13 to U18 = TOTAL = $600 (includes Volunteer Levy) - FQ = $66, FA = $18, Club = $516

  - Seniors Men & Women = TOTAL = $700 (includes Volunteer Levy) - FQ = $130, FA = $42.00, Club = $528

  - Over 35 Men = TOTAL - $500 (includes Volunteer Levy) - (QMF Squadi = $240, Club =$260)

Terms and conditions

  • Players/Parents/Guardians are required to cooperate with the Committee of the Club by assisting on both practice and match days in accordance with a "roster system" devised by the team manager. The Club reserves the right to suspend or expel from the Club any player, member or parent/guardian for failing to abide by the rules, regulations and/or codes of behavior. I agree to be held personally liable for any fines incurred by the Club as a result of a breach of Football QLD (or equivalent managing body) rules by either myself, family or the player/s being registered on this form and agree to reimburse the Club for the full cost of any such fines. Any failure to pay these fines may result in expulsion from the Club. Players may not be permitted to train or play unless the registration fee and all other fees have been paid in full. The Club reserves the right to withdraw any player or team that has not paid in full all registration fees by the due date.
  • Refund Policy
    A refund of registration fees will be given if the player has not yet been registered through Squadi (or the equivalent) less a $50 administration fee prior to the commencement of the playing season. If a player has registered with Squadi (or the equivalent) and it is before week 4 of the playing season, the FQ/FFA registration/insurance fees and a $50 administration fee will be withheld, and the remainder of the fees refunded upon request. After week 4 of the playing season, no refund will be given unless there are extenuating circumstances as determined by the Committee. In addition to the administration fees, the cost of uniforms and equipment received by the player will also be deducted prior to any refunds being issued.
  • Accident and Injury Disclaimer
    The Club including any of its officers and/or members shall not be held responsible for any accident, illness or injury sustained while playing at, or attending any function with the Club. I understand that the Club carries only basic insurance (provided through registration with Football Queensland or equivalent) and that it is my responsibility to arrange additional insurance cover. The Club recommends that every player takes out their own private health insurance and income protection insurance. I also give my permission for the Club to arrange medical attention that may be deemed necessary including ambulance transport and I agree to pay for all such costs. The Club agrees that it will do its utmost to seek or obtain my and/or parental consent, if possible, prior to seeking medical treatment for me, but I understand and accept that it may not be possible to do so in the circumstances. The Club agrees to make every effort to contact my emergency contact, as listed above, where necessary and as soon as it is practicable to do so.
  • Volunteering levy
    A $50 volunteering levy per player has been included in the 2026 registration fees. This levy will be refunded as per the Club Handbook, as long as it has been documented and ratified by a Committee Member that at least two hours of volunteering, per player, has been contributed to the running of the Club by the player or a member of the players family. This time can be spent in gameday field set-up and pull-down, working on the Saturday BBQ and in the canteen, other fund-raising, maintenance of Club infrastructure and gardens, or in some other way which is required by the Club.
  • Agreement
    I/my child hereby apply/ies to be registered as a player and member of Redland City FC Inc. I/we agree to abide by the rules of the Club's Constitution and FFA / Football Queensland codes of conduct as a player and/or spectator. I/we will abide by the Clubs code of conduct regarding interactions with Club officials, parents, coaches and volunteers. I/My child agree(s) to accept the coach's decision on placement and playing time within a team and that allocation of players to teams will be at the discretion of the Club, its Coaches and the Committee of Management.
  • A minimum of $50 will be required to be paid to the Club before a members Registration will be activated by the Club and the player will be able to be added to a Team. Monies owing from previous season MUST be paid in full prior to acceptance of any new registration.

    Governing Body fees for Football Qld and Football Australia will be payable through Squadi and/or Play Football as per instructions. Members will be sent the link in due course.

    Only the Club component of fees are payable through Majestri.

    Play On Vouchers must be sent to the Operations Administrator (operations.redlandcityfc@gmail.com) where a credit will be applied to your account once funds are received back from Qld Government.
