Redland City Football Club is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children and young people.
Our organisation takes a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and actively works to ensure that every child in our care is protected, respected, and empowered.
We uphold the rights of children and young people and are dedicated to their wellbeing, safety, and inclusion in all aspects of our programs and services.
All staff, volunteers, and associates are required to act in accordance with our child safe policies and procedures, to hold a valid Blue Card and to report any concerns or incidents promptly.
We continually review and improve our practices to meet our obligations under relevant Queensland and Australian child protection laws and standards.
Together, we strive to build a culture where children feel valued, heard, and safe at all times.
